STUDENTS
How do I become a student?
Download the student application.
Once completed, please mail it back to us. We will review
your application and match you with a volunteer that has specifically
been trained in your disability.
Who can participate?
CCSA works with individuals who have a wide range
of physical, mental and developmental disabilities. Listed
below are examples of some of the disabilities we serve:
Amputees
Cerebral Palsy
Cystic Fibrosis
Deaf and Hearing Impaired
Developmental Disabilities
Epilepsy/Seizure Disorders
Multiple Sclerosis
Muscular Dystrophy
Paraplegics and Quadriplegics
Post Polio
Spina Bifida
Spinal Cord Injuries
Post Stroke
Traumatic Brain Injuries
Visual Impairments
Do I need my own equipment?
No, we will provide the equipment necessary.

VOLUNTEERS
How do I become a volunteer?
Download the volunteer
application. Once completed, please mail it back to us.
We will review your application and decide where you can best
be utilizied.
Do I need any specific qualifications?
No, but if you have any particular areas of interest
or skills, we can certainly use them. All that we ask is that
you come with an open mind and a willing attitude.
Is there any required training involved?
Yes, before being assigned a student you are required
to participate in our on-hill training classes. Additionally,
volunteers are matched with a student and will receive training
specific to that student's disability.
Are there any non-skiing volunteer positions available?
Yes, we also need volunteers to assist with weekly
registration, equipment management and student assistance.

DONATIONS
Why should I give to the CCSA?
Without you, CCSA would not be able to provide this
exciting and valuable experience to individuals with disabilities.
Is a donation to CCSA tax deductible?
Yes, to the extent allowed by the law.
In what form can donations be made?
There are many ways that donations can be made. Listed
below are a few of the methods:
Cash
Checks
Securities
Charitable Bequests
Life Insurance
Other Assets: stock, closely-held stock, real estate (including
land), property, art, or any combination of these.
What will my donation be used towards?
Your donation will be used in many ways, including
skier sponsership, adaptive equipment and general funds.
