Tuesday 2/4/08 lessons - Feb 8, 2008

This was a miserable night for weather. It changed from light rain to slush and back throughout the lesson. It was not really fun to be out, and everyone thought the prime snow from the weekend would be ruined. BOY were we wrong! What happened was that it produced the sweetest softest spring-time "hero" snow. EVERY student on the hill demonstrated excellent personal accomplishments and moved their skiing up a notch. On top of that, with the bad weather, no-one else was there and we pretty much owned the place. It was a GREAT night to be out with CCSA and I felt blessed to be part of it. Congrats to ALL my skiers and THANKS to all my volunteers who came out and participated!

Welcome - Dec 5, 2007

The board is currently working hard on getting this season kicked off! We'll be updating the newsletter section soon with news and event information as well as any upcoming dates you'll need to be aware of. We appreciate your visit to the site and hope you come back again soon for more information here.

For those volunteers coming back and new volunteers, dont forget to get your ski's over to Norm's Ski Shop for a tune up before the season starts (just remember he only does 'cold-room' tunes so wait until the snow starts falling). Keep your fingers crossed for a ton of snow this year!

Lookin' forward to skiing the freshies...
